I post this incase it can help anyone else doing similar, please adapt freely as my needs and yours may be different

Many years ago (back in Libronix days) I started with the ASB morning prayer and each year I look and tweak it if it doesn't feel right for current times, this is a combination of several rotes/traditions, am CofE/Episcopalian leaning heavily towards Pentecostalism background, however this is pretty genereic IMO

Apologies to any former colonial Cousins, feel free to remove the reference to the Queen if required, I am UK so its there.. 

The older I get I find I need to write stuff down to remember things like prayer requests, its concerning so have added user filled sections for those.. 

Anyhow it may be of use to some, to some it will be none

Your idea could also be applied to K. Boa outlines for prayer.
