Videos will not play in MobileEd courses
Since upgrading to macOS 12.3, no video in my course will play in Logos 9.12.0.0017
I get, “We couldn’t access the media you’re trying to play. Please verify that you are not working offline. For more help troubleshooting this issue please visit our support page.”
I have a lot of bandwidth on my Internet connection.
Is there a problem working with the version of QuickTime Player included in 12.3, which is 10.5?

This looks to be the same issue as reported here on some specific videos. Many of mine play, but these 3 do not. You'll see it's still an open problem on that thread, it's been almost 7 weeks now.
Is it all videos or just some? That might help them to narrow it down.

It seems to be all videos in all courses.

Hi Kevin, sorry you are having this issue. We have been able to reproduce this a couple of times. Could you please provide us with a couple examples of which courses you are specifically noticing this with? As well as the specific videos in those courses. This will hopefully allow us to more consistently reproduce this and submit a case.

I have just gone through a process of quitting every app I have, one by one, to see if it makes any difference. I started with firewalls and blockers (for obvious reasons) and I have discovered that LuLu (a firewall that oversees outbound network connections, https://objective-see.com/products/lulu.html) is the offending component. When I disable LuLu, all my MobileEd videos load correctly. It is odd because I have used LuLu for a long time with Logos without problems. I have now raised an error report with them.
Thanks for your assistance on this - I am sorry to have taken up your time.

Hi Kevin,
Glad you were able to find a solution, definitely odd. If you continue to notice this issue, let us know and we can keep digging in.
