So we recently upgraded our church's computer to a new Windows 11 machine with a very nice and capable graphics card. We use two monitors for our setup, we also have output from Proclaim going to 3 different TVs. We even had a professional audio/video consultant brought in to help install everything. The issue is the quality of the output is quite pixelated and not sharp in the live stream and on all 3 televisions but only from what is being sent out from the Proclaim software. So when we switch to our live camera for example, quality is just fine. When we switch to either a Bible passage or slide on Proclaim, the quality is much deteriorated, kind of looks like the days before HD television. We have updated the drivers, everything has either HDMI or DisplayPort connections and we have even had a professional audio/video consultant try and asses the issue and they have narrowed it down to the Proclaim software as being the culprit essentially. However what is very confusing is we can get a clear and sharp projection/output from the Proclaim software when simply sending it to the second monitor in our sound area. So we are trying to figure out how to get that sharp output to all the outputs. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing the issue? We also called Proclaim support and we didn't find a solution as this is a complex problem I believe. We also have the most up to date version of Proclaim available for Windows 11.
