This is the second most popular translation among Ukrainians (following the translation of Ivan Ohienko https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilarion_Ohienko). In contrast to Ivan Ohienko, Ivan Khomenko, a Greek-Catholic translator in Rome, translated the New Testament from the critical text, rather than the Textus Receptus. The Old Testament was translated from the Masoretic Text and the LXX.
