Sorry for the late reply. Taking a look at the logs now
Looking in the logs, I see it failed to refresh your authentication. We will take a closer look to see if we can see why. In the mean time, if you go to your avatar in the upper right > Link your accounts, and then remove your account and relink it it should restore your access.
Hopefully it was a fluke, but we will investigate. The connection to CCLI does expire, but Proclaim should 'refresh' the credentials by itself (without you needing to do anything). However that appears to have failed in your case.
