I cant seem to get my mobile app to synchronize with my pc desktop program.  I am signed in to my account on the mobile app and can see my resources.... but shouldnt the study that I am working on with the desktop sync to the mobile app?  When I go to the mobile app I cant pick up where I left off.   It seems like this feature worked in the past.  Im using Logos 8.  Somebody help me, the tutorial videos dont cover this...

    Hi Jason, what study are you using? 

    When I go to the mobile app I cant pick up where I left off.

    You should be able to open the mobile ed course on the mobile app and it will open to the segment you were previously reading in Desktop. Is there another action you are expecting by saying "pick up where I left off"? 

    A few things to check:

    1. In the mobile app, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Scroll down to the bottom. Do you see a circular icon next to "Sync your data"? If not, what icon do you see?
    2. What version of the app are you on? You can check this by clicking "Help" just below "Sync your data". If you do not have the latest update: 10.1.1 (0107), please update the app. 
    3. Are your response notes syncing over from desktop to mobile when you type into an answer box in a mobile ed activities resource?
