Failure Linking Song Select

Here are Providence Christian Church's Log Files. Tried two different computers to check. Library is not linking to our Song Select Account.

-No Change in password

-Account is linked

-Account is current

I don't know about your situation, hopefully employees can make sense of your logs.

I did find last week that I had to unlink and relink our song select account to get lyrics to populate a song.

Based on your logs, it looks like unlinking and relinking your account should fix it for you. If you continue to have issues, please resubmit logs and we can take another look.
