Best Format for Exporting books from Logos, Importing to Kindle Paperwhite

I've finally learned how to export a book from Logos, then to import it into my Kindle Paperwhite.  Since there are several formats that can be imported into Kindle, which format works best?  Rtf, txt, html, xps?
