Much has changed over the years, but the general policy at one time was to pull books which FL wanted to get into Logos if they thought there was a possibility.

3 months' later still stuck "in production". Shame it didn't stay in Faithlife ebooks during this time so people could purchase.

It's a year now since this resource was pulled from the ebooks store and it's still "in production" as a Logos resource. I note it's only going to be a Logos Reader Edition, so why does it take so long and why remove from the ebook store? Do some publishers require you to use a particular store for certain books?
