another day, another problem with Logos - blank sermon slides
I'm generally a positive person but it is literally almost daily that there's another thing with Logos. Where is the quality control?????
Today, all slides are blank. I just opened Logos, went to these sermons. Some sermons, they are all blank. Some sermons, 1/2 are blank. One sermon, only 1 blank slide.

Wow, Tim; sorry about that! And I'm especially sorry to hear that the application is routinely giving you issues!
I just checked in some test sermons I have here, and I'm not seeing the same behavior. Can I get some details about the Application version and platform (it looks like mac os, from the screenshot)? Would you be able to share log files here?

Jacob, I enabled logging, opened Logos, went to the sermon, all slides are blank, closed Logos, saved Log file.

Thanks, Tim; that logging was really helpful. We tracked down the issue and implemented a fix which should go out with `31.0 Beta 1`.
In the meantime: if, after opening the sermon, you wait for slides to complete loading in the Edit view before switching to Slides view, they should be viewable. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Typically they run for a six week cycle, but I don't have a specific date to offer for general availability for that release.

After some further internal discussion, we're moving this to the `30.0` release cycle (already currently in beta). Still no date to commit to, but it'll be sooner than it would've been before. 😅

Hi @robert@ccsanangelo.org sorry to hear that you are running into a similar issue. Could you tell us a little more about how you're encountering this issue? Does this occur on any sermon you're working in?
