I just bought and downloaded (I think) Rasmussen's "Encountering the Holy Land" When I press play I get the audio but no video. Do I need to do something else?

I have link 2, not 1. My audio works but no picture. The description for link 2 certainly sounds like it's the whole package.
The videos are playing fine for me on the web app. Have you tried to play them there, or on a different device, so you can determine if the issue is related to your device rather than the resource?

I raised your post internally, and across a few machines we were unable to replicate the behavior. One colleague mentioned a similar behavior (with a different resource) was resolved by updating the Intel graphics processor (GPU) drivers. We have an article that discusses troubleshooting measures for media problems in Logos that is worth going over. The final portion discusses checking and updating GPU drivers. I do think it's worth following the article in order.

It was the hardware acceleration that was not on! Now they play perfectly.
