The app stopped working today. when I open it, it just closes
Oh no, sorry about that! Are you on Android or iOS? we shipped a new update, so I would try to uninstall the app and reinstall the latest version.
This is a 'me too' post. On iPadOs and iOS. App does not remain open.
Deleting and reinstalling seems to have worked on the iPad and the iPhone.
We found the issue and a reinstall will fix this issue.. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have submitted an update to Apple, so just waiting on them to release it.
