New Book: The Diseases of the Bible (c)1891 by Sir Risdon Bennett, M.D.

Here is a nice little book with a lot of information about the
various diseases of the Bible by a Medical Doctor (c)1891
by Sir Risdon Bennett, M.D., LL.D., F.R.S. Has Seven chapters,
plus and Appendix and Notes. Nicely done....

Will generate some errors, I believe most likely due to some
Hebrew characters within the text. It compiled just fine in the
Book Builder despite the errors.. Runs and looks great.
