Are you still having issues? We're not able to reproduce this internally.
If you are, can you post a screenshot of the error?
And let us know what model iphone/ipad you're using as well as the iOs version?
Thank you!0 -

I have had this happen to me before, Sometimes the cookies for a web site stored on your computer get corrupted. You can safely delete them and when you log back in they are replaced by the web site.
To do this you go into settings and find the Safari settings. You are on IOS 18 so there is an APPS button in the setting page which opens the list of apps in which you will find Safari.
Tap on Safari in the settings and then tap on Advanced and then tap on Website data.
What you will see there is a list of the cookies various website have stored in your browser. There might be two for Logos.
Slide the entry to the left and you will see a red delete button. Tap on the button and its will delete the individual cookie. Do that for any that say Logos.
Then open Safari again and go back to Logos.com. You will have to log in again. If it is a corrupt cookie it should place a new one on your computer and let you log in.
This has worked for a couple of forum members in the past few days who reported similar issues.
I have an iPad mini and it is letting me log in to Logos.com which is why I expect it to be an issue with the cookies in your browser.

Are you typing logos.com into the browser? That link seems to be for a different marketing page.

I’m having the same issue on both a brand new iPad mini and a MacBook Air. I have to use a direct link to access the forums.

Sorry for the issues, thanks for reporting. If you can give us a bit more info, it'll help us troubleshoot.
Is the issue only happening on the homepage?
Homepage www.logos.comDo these pages work for you?
You may not know if you can't get the site to load, but are you logged into the website or no?

Homepage www.logos.comOnly the two URL's already reported. The homepage, and the page that loads when clicking "The New Logos" ad at the bottom of the forum page. Already posted a picture of the resulting URL. This is the link:

It happened to me, just clear your history and it’ll go back to normal. You will have to re enter your username and password, though.

John, we are investigating this, but it's not an easy fix and none of us internally can reproduce the issue.
You may have to skip the homepage for right now, or use another browser. We have some changes and improvements planned to the homepage in the coming weeks which may or may not resolve the issue for you.
I didn't want to leave you hanging but I don't have a resolution for you just yet.
Sorry for the trouble!
The homepage is sharing information about the following pages right now, if you're worried about missing out on anything:

Its not an important issue for me now that I have seen the website on another device; and it seems to only affect a few others. But thanks for following up on this.

Are you using VPN or anything like that John?
If you have restarted the device, deleted the cookies, logged out and in again there is not much else on a tablet you can interfere with.
There is clearly something going on between the web page and the browser on that device. I don't think you can delete and reinstall Safari though.
It will be good to see it solved.

No VPN. And usually using Comcast. But I did connect to Verizon 5G in an attempt to see if the ISP or DNS might have something to do with it. It did not.
Their website is extremely complex, the bug difficult or impossible for them to reproduce. and apparently not many people reporting the problem, and I understand there are bigger fish to fry [8-|]

Sounds like you have thought of everything. The only other thing I can think of to do at your end is re-install the OS, but that is a bit of an extreme thing to have to do.
Hope it is solved soon

Same problem here. Safari loads the Logos.com website fine on my iphone. But crashes on my iPad. Just started the last couple of days.

Same here, just started the last couple days. I can get in using the iPad app but it goes to the books then I can click on the home page link or forum and it works. My first thought was the upgrading of the forums new format but that shouldn’t affect the home page. Same as others, using Comcast, cleared history and cache, have latest iPADios 18.0.1. Using 10th generation iPad.
