Create a data set and Factbook resource that identifies all the kings of Israel, Judah, and surrounding nations, including the Deuterocanon. Perhaps include information on
* related biblical events
* their regnal years
* predecessors and successors
* battles
etc.

    I would also like added if they were considered a good/evil king (specific to kings)
  • Great idea. This would be useful.

    Good suggestion!
  • This would be a great addition.  And I agree with the idea of good/evil king, and maybe other attributes

    Would this simply be an expansion of Prophet, Priest, Regent, and Judge?

    Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

  • I would add to this the prophets that served along side the Kings too.
  • Good idea.  Having access to "The Mysterious Numbers of the Hebrew Kings" by Edwin Thiele (Kregel Publications, 1994) would be really useful for dating.
  • This could be tremendously useful.
