  • yes great idea!
  • Drop and drag would be a familiar tool both to build the list and remove from the list. Eliminate miss typed labels.
  • Drag and drop would be much faster. A drop-down menu for the folder name would also be helpful.
  • would be a nice feature for organizing

Ability to reorder the shortcuts within a folder by dragging
  • I think this is great idea. Also, can we rearrange the shortcut menus to be in the order we want them, not always in alphabetical order?
  • Please please please.
  • Yes, I would like this
  • Drag from shortcut folder to drop/open resource would be appreciated too :)

    Hear, hear.

Having dragged and dropped, I wish they'd open from the same pane next time they're opened.

Drag and drop to Powerpoint so to create a hyperlink to Logos to keep scripture up to date in logos with what one is preaching, I use a floating ESV in a floating tab on my projector so people can read what I am preaching

I would love this because having to drag to the shortcut toolbar first then having to edit the folder you want it in is too many step, plus it clutters the toolbar on the Online Web app and makes it unusable.

Yes. I use shortcut folders a lot and they need to be more practical to use and customize.

Something that works like favorites, drag & drop, nested folders, etc. would save screen real estate. A big win, at least for me.

Logos has been allowing you to create folders in the bar (top/side) for some time now and this is very good for organizing and accessing frequently used books more easily. I, for example, put in a folder the comments for a book of the Bible that I am preaching on in a series. However, currently creating folders is very complicated and I believe that this means that few people use the resource.
The entire process currently required is counterintuitive: 1) you need to drag a book/tool to the bar; 2) you need to click on the book/tool pinned to the bar and give the folder a name so that it can be transferred to it; 3) to delete a folder from the bar, you need to delete the book/tool one by one.
Faced with this difficulty, the suggestion is to improve the use of folders in the toolbar as follows: 1) allow creating a folder directly by clicking on the bar; 2) allow you to drag book tabs or tools into folders in the bar; 3) allow clicking on a book tab and selecting a folder for it to be added. The process of adding shortcuts to resources (favorite resources) to folders in the Toolbar should not involve so many steps. I would suggest adding the ability to create folders in the Toolbar and then dragging resources from the Library directly to a given folder. In addition, allow the user to drag a specific Collection to the Toolbar — currently, if I drag a specific Collection to the Toolbar it drops the Collections Tool instead of the specific Collection.
