I'm aware of three definitions of "historical theology" - one which is essentially the terrain of a historian (think Schleiermacher); one which is historical but focused more on the how/why various ideas arose; and one that uses Scripture as the limits of the study. Can you provide a bit more detail as to what you are considering?

@mjespuiva-86 We'd probably follow the lead of works like A Dictionary of Historical Theology (https://www.logos.com/product/3072/the-dictionary-of-historical-theology), but we haven't really explored far enough yet to say for sure.0
