Library: Allow to rate resources from the Mobile App

Since many of us does their readings using the Mobile Apps, it would we nice if we could rate our resources from there.

    Yes, please!! I read all my books on a tablet, then have to go to my desktop to rate the book, which is very annoying.

    Agree! I read most books from the mobile app. While reading I give books a rating and tags. Both (!!!) should be possible from the mobile app.
