Add UK English as a language in the Notes spellchecker, so that British English spellings aren't marked as errors.

    Migrated from https://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-8/suggestions/40199218-could-we-get-british-english-added-as-a-language-o (3 votes)
  • Excellent idea.
  • This suggestion is likely to save 'u' from the scrap heap of history.

@facebook-26 All non-American English isn't the same. Australian and Canadian English are both different from both American English and British English, and would need their own dictionaries.

Adding UK English is an excellent idea to the spellchecker. I used to find that when I wrote about radio programmes for instance a US English spellchecker tells me I should use the spelling as 'program', which in the UK is only be used for computer programs. I use the UK version of Grammarly, It's good.

Would really appreciate this option, but also to choose from other languages, allowing two (as Thunderbird now does) would be perfect.
