Workflow Notes Added As Responses

Rather than having entries in workflows create a new Notebook (which really kills my effort to keep my notebooks to a minimum), I would rather see it create a "Response" and anchor it to the workflow or tag it to that workflow somehow.

Workflow note creation is quite messy. I would agree it would be helpful to adjust this in order to keep things to a minimum.

I get why the workflow notes work the way they do, but yeah, it creates a mess when looking at the long term of note storage, searching, and references.

Could we please get some attention for this request? Using workflows essentially means overloading your notes at this point. There has to be a way to keep the responses to workflow queries self-contained in that document rather than anchored to the Bible text individually as notes.

My preference would be for all auto-generated notes in Logos to be saved in a single folder, just like how they let you select a default folder for Highlights. Then I agree using their tagging system to organize would be ideal.
