Over and over I am on a webinar and the presenter is demonstrating some neat feature that I don't have, and I have to ask the presenter or telephone help and ask "why don't I have this feature?" Other people have questioned on the webinars that they are not seeing some feature or another being presented, so this is a common issue.
Your software is already checking whether or not we have the needed subscription level or the needed resource. Would you please update the displays to show an icon or tool tip with inaccessible features to indicate that a feature is not available due to a too-low subscription status or due to not having some needed resource in our library?
