Resource View: Add setting to deactivate auto hide main navigation bar

I wish there was an option to cut off the auto Hide function of the taskbar. Sometimes it's very hard to get it to come back up, and then it makes it more difficult to navigate back and forth between resources. I'd rather have an option where it just stays available all the time.

I would have supported this 1 year ago, but the feature has been improved (in Android) such that a light tap is an adequate switch.0

@Dave Hooton thanks for the support. After posting this idea I emailed them a more advanced idea afterwards. It wasn't too long after that, they actually implemented the current system, where it leaves the abbreviation of the translation at the top and minimizes. That's what I had recommended for them to do. Though I will say sometimes it hides the bars when you don't want it to. so they did seem to eventually listen to the idea.0
