Standardize Bible TOC to include pericopes

Some Bibles include the pericope titles in the Table of Contents (see green). Others do not (see red). Please standardize so that all pericope titles are treated as headings in the Table of Contents. For Bibles that are already released, please update them to match the standard.

    I've noticed that, when scroll is set to Article as in the screenshot, for Bibles Logos just jumps to the next chapter not the next heading... makes it useless unless a chapter is small enough to fit entirely on one screen

    I wholeheartedly support this idea. This is one of the many reasons I prefer using the NRSV. Start with updating the NRSVue to work the same way.
