List all available counseling themes/topics.

One current issues within Logos is the lack of a list detailing all available counseling themes or topics. See current discussion on the forum.

I would like to request that such a list is created, which would allow users to easily skim available topics and access resources they might not be aware about. One potential location that makes sense would be below the search box within the counseling guide, there is currently a lot of free real estate available there. See below.
