Please move this one from pre-order to community pricing:

It is WAY more likely to meet the pre-pub cost in community pricing since it is a niche translation (the amount of people who want it are low, but the amount they'll be willing to pay is high).

Worst comes to worst, if it fails community pricing, you can still make people happy by cancelling their pre-orders on the 2003 edition and re-instantiate the pre-order page for the 2017 version (which many people have been calling out for in the comments anyways).

    Closing this since we discontinued community pricing. Please note: This does not mean that we won't produce a Japanese Bible at some point. We've been in contact with the publisher about the 2017 update.

    Ben, thank you for the update!
    It's encouraging to me that Logos is following up even on things that won't be implemented.
    I'm also glad to hear that you've been in contact with the publisher. Considering that the publisher already has the translation on their own app, it theoretically could be easy for Logos to imoprt and build upon on their already created digital version.
    Hopeful that this will become a reality soon. It's long overdue!
