allow to set a "simple" bookmark

It would be nice if I could mark the place in an open book where I am reading.
Just a bookmark in the shape of an arrow, for example.
This without having to create a notice. By ten or more opened books, I usually create hundreds of redundant note entries when reading 10 or more books. Always having to delete them manually is simply a waste of time.
