Update links in Word Biblical Commentary Series

Commentaries in the WBC series often cite entries from the TDOT with "TDOT Vol. # Page ###" However, the hyperlink is only active for opening TDOT (i.e. the resource), and the vol/page target is not included in the active hyperlink. (see screenshot) As Logos bills the cross-referencing of resources as one of its premiere benefits, this oversight really needs to be addressed.

IMO, it should be FL's TOP PRIORITY to make ALL links in ALL commentaries active. Seriously, failing to rectify this loooooong ongoing situation is nothing less than false advertising. GET IT DONE.0

Here's another example that illustrates how frustrating (and inconsistent) this problem is. Note that, in the screenshot of these search results, some of the target page links to the TDNT are active and some are dead. Also note that this inconsistent linking occurs (seemingly randomly) within the same volume of commentary (in this case, the WBC for Ephesians).0
