All audiobook apps have an Android Auto component so books can be listened to while in the car and connected to Android Auto.
There is no way to use Logos to listen to books in the car while connected to Android Auto that I can figure out.

@Palenshus  Thank you for your request! I do want to add that Read Aloud is now available on the mobile app in Bronze packages and above. This would allow you to listen to your books in the car.

@Ali Pope  Oh yeah, I'm very aware of the new Logos 10 feature, but how would you do this with your phone plugged into Android Auto? DOESN'T WORK.

You have to disconnect from Android Auto (not a good solution) and use just the bluetooth connection.

@Ali Pope  Is anything planned yet to give Android Auto support so we can use the awesome new read aloud feature when our phones are plugged into our cars?

@Palenshus  As of right now, we do not have plans to support Android Auto.

Any news on this? The state of Ohio is now able to ticket you if they catch you operating a cell phone while driving. Other apps meant to listen to music or books while driving have Android Auto apps. Logos totally needs one! This really needs to be on your roadmap.
  • This would be a valuable feature. If not in the Logos mobile app, perhaps in the Faithlife Ebook app?
