Confidence monitor lyric scrolling

Add two lines of text at the bottom of the lyric slide for the next lyric slide, and then have the confidence monitor scroll up the next verse instead of just replacing the text. Almost like Star Wars style text scrolling up, but pausing as each verse is displayed and sung.
