Include distance and time estimates in Atlas Tool

I know that it is very hard to estimate times and miles for biblical trips (for example Genesis 13) but it would be a great help to see rough estimates (eg. 40-60 days). So we can visualise the people the trips more vivid in preaches.

    @Simon  As a workaround, you can Ctrl+drag (Windows) or Cmd+drag (Mac) with the mouse to measure distances.
