Notes: Ability to add a heading

As I prepare a sermon or study a passage, I often create a new notebook for that particular passage. I will then create notes for the thoughts or verses in the passage to attach anchors from resources and such. It would be a fantastic addition to the notes feature to be able to drag those anchored selections to "prioritize" them once they are collected and going back through them. It would also be able nice to be able to add a heading much like you can in a passage list and also to be able to copy and past the anchored selection into another note. (I sometimes have the wrong note selected).
