Synoptic Gospel Tagging?

It could be interesting to "tag" word-per-word parallels between the Synoptic Gospels. So, that you could search in ways similar to interlinears X ANDEQUALS Y. Even if one does not believe in the two-source hypothesis, it would be interesting to be able to analyze vocabulary, etc. based on synoptic parallels and differences.
Some Hebrew OT texts already have tagging based on the Documentary Hypothesis (JEDP). So, such a thing is conceivable.
