Reading Plans: Ability to restart a plan easily

Please make it easier to restart a reading plan. This is especially useful for those who read the Bible through every year and like to use the same plan year after year.

    The moble app has an option to read your reading plan again, but the windows desktop version does not. When you change the start date of a reading plan, you should have the option to restart the plan (unchecking all the dates) so you can start over. When restarting the reading plan in the moble app, it moved the start date to 10 year in the future, this should also be fixed.
