Passage guide searches don't show up notes with anchor range

When I give a note an anchor across multiple chapters, i.e Luke 5-6, that note doesn't appear in a passage guide search for Luke 5:7-8, but does appear in a search for Luke 5. If my passage guide search falls within the range of an anchor it should appear, but at the moment doesn't seem to.
