Reading Plans: Never-ending reading plans

Please add an option to reading plans for them to simply start over when completed. This is needed to support the perpetual reading of the Gospels in the Optina Kellia readings, the weekly psalm cycle for Jewish Psalm Societies, for the monthly distribution of Psalms of the Huguenots, etc.

Ability to use certain markdown features in notes such as asterisk and hyphens can automatically create a bullet.
Create Folder from Quick Start tool bar
We should have the ability to directly create a folder in the quick start pane by simply right clicking on the empty area. Then we can directly drag resources right in to the new folder. It would be a little more intuitive than the current method.
