Top bar in iOS

I would love to be able to leave the top bar visible all the time - with or without the bottom bar showing. This would make it clear where I was in a resource without having to swipe.

BTW I love the addition to select the Bible translation from the top in the latest version! Great job!

Remove the top bar. When the title is displayed, it is read by the screen reader every time the page turns.
