Turn off in-program promotional "messages"

Hey - for the last few weeks we've had some in-program pop-ups called "messages" promoting Faithlife Equip, then a last chance to sign up for Faithlife Equip before the price changes, and now a product announcement later in the month. It would be nice to be able to turn those off.
