New feature for Section extension

The Concordance Guide is one of the most useful newer features as it allows one to take a passage and "spin through" the labels that apply to it. However, it would be even more useful to have a similar tool that allowed one to "spin through" the section tags that apply to a passage - a task useful for establishing pericopes, lections, text structure . . .
