Add ability to edit tags

Please add the ability to edit tags on the web app. This will help especially with marking books as to read or finished reading when using the web instead of the desktop program.

    Even if it doesn't affect collections, please allow users to edit tags via the website. Case in point: sometimes we don't have time to launch Logos fully (or are on a public computer and only have the web app); this would allow us to make changes while we know we need to and later sync them on the desktop.
