Suggestion to Improve Note Tagging

I have no idea if this suggestion to improve Note Tags has been offered before, or not. Regardless, the following would be easily implemented and simplify the workflow of adding Tags to Notes:

The "Tag Cloud" that appears from Toolbar > Notes > Notes Filter > Tags is certainly helpful when searching for previously used Tags. However, I recommend

1) Some way to list the tags in alphabetical order.

2) Some way to expand the list via a single click rather than having having to click "More »" several times.

These items should be made sticky/permanent.

And, as long as I am at it,

3) Is there a way to directly edit a Tag?

No. You can't do it in the sidebar.

You can edit a Tag indirectly:-

Select a Tag value from the sidebar (OK in first row). If you select all notes (middle column) you can Add a new value (bottom of third column) and then delete the old OK value.
