Editable Emphasis Styles

I'd like to be able to edit the preset styles for emphasising text. The current options simply don't offer the contrast I need against a variety of backgrounds.

Absolutely! Even just to be able to control the colour of "outer glow" and "outer stroke" for emphasised text, rather than it being a pre-programmed shade that nicely matches the emphasis colour, but doesn't actually give useful contrast, would be a massive win. Liturgical church (Church of England) so using emphasis a great deal to distinguish the minister's words from the congregation's.
