Add NRSV Subtitle Navigation and Parallel Passages to NRSVue

Please format the NRSVue to match the NRSV formatting. The NRSV is my favorite bible to use in Logos partly because of its formatting, with Subtitle level navigation from the Navigation Bar, and with relevant Parallel Passages listed under the pericope subtitle (see attached image). Both of these features make navigating the NRSV easier than other translations that don't have these features.

Please format the NRSVue to work the same way, so that when the reverse interlinear is added, we can have all of the functionality we're used to in the NRSV in the NRSVue as well.
