NKJ without Notes

I love reftagger but the NKJ version it refers to has references to notes that spoil the Bible verse for the reader. Please use a NKJV that does not have these unnecessary references.

    I think this is the same as what's being discussed at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/197190.aspx and a fix might already be in the works -- thankfully!
