Panel Link Set Master/Slave

I would like to see an improvement to the panel link sets. I would like to see an option to set a panel or panels as a master to the link set so that all panels in the link set will change with it like it currently does. However, the slave link set will follow along with the master panels but will not change the reference of the masters if you navigate around in the slave. This would allow us to keep track of where we are in the Bible while allowing us to go down rabbit holes in our commentaries and other resources.
