Share documents directly with users

Please allow us to share documents directly with users instead of having to share them through a group or make them public. Sometimes a document needs to be private, and sharing it through a group using doesn't meet my needs.

Add "Right" or "Hide" options for Application Toolbar
Please provide an option to dock the Application Toolbar Location to the Right, or allow users to hide the toolbar entirely. Currently, the options are limited to "Left" or "Top." Placing the toolbar on the right would move it out of the immediate field of view while reading text in the left pane.
