Sermon Manager Option: Show Preach-On and Not-Yet-Preached-on Passages

In Sermon Manager please pull the passage data from sermons to build lists (and visuals displaying) which passages have been preached on and which passages have not been preached on yet. I'd like to know and be able to see what parts of the Bible I have already preached on (from all the sermons loaded into Sermon Manager) and also what passages I have not preached on. My desire would be to preach through as much of the Bible as I can--the full counsel of God. And this would be a good tool to see and pursue that.

@durhamrh-69, great idea! We could perhaps allow Sermon Manager to send its passages to the Charts tool, which would enable you to visualize your preaching coverage across the Bible.

Yes that sounds good! I think the visual representation (with chart) but also a canonical list would be very helpful.
One thing I found looking at texts filter (on the left) is that they seem to be just in the order entered. Being able to sorry that list canonically would be a great option. Thanks.
  • Great idea!  I currently track that in an Excel spreadsheet, but it would great if it were included as a feature in Sermon Manager so I can get rid of my spreadsheet.

@Phil Gons (Faithlife)  I believe you implied that this feature would make its way into Logos10.  Did it?

It wasn't my intent to comment on a timeline for delivering this great idea. I'll bring it to the attention of the team again.

@Paul Evans  I guess I'll have to follow your approach and do this myself with an excel sheet.
