Panel Tab Overflow: Move "Close Tab" X Button

It's very easy to close an open book/search tab accidentally by clicking on the X right next to the book/tab title, especially when there are multiple tabs open. It would be nice if the close "X" was only visible after clicking on a book/tab. It would also give more space to see tab titles without having to scroll left or right to see all of them.

I hope they'll take care of this. I am not upgrading again until this is removed! It's annoying!
