Printed Bibles come in two varieties (and many formats between). Format 1 has each verse start on a new line and many cross-references at the word, phrase, and verse level. Format 2 has text in paragraph form, paragraphs gathered into named pericopes with 1-3 parallel pericopes listed, and a limited number of cross-references at the word, phrase, and verse level. The two formats encourage different Bible study methods. Logos as software has historically risen out of format 1 while recently expanding into format 2.
The Insight side panel currently in the beta web app had, again, made this division apparent in the strong support for adding the cross-reference (including my own support). However, this should be balanced with the addition to the Passage Guide and Insight panel, support for parallel pericopes and shared worship context, the latter with deep historical roots.
Please create a multipart section that provides what I've been calling "parallel" pericopes i.e. the pericopes listed under the pericope heading in translations such as the NRSV. The second section would show passages with which the text is paired in lectionaries (or service books). This section should have denomination-date or priority-date sequence options.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
