Extend and normalize URL support

Please add more ways to command Logos through URLs. Currently, you can do quite a lot with URLs, opening Factbook, or PGs, Workflows to ref, etc. I'd love to see it expanded, for example, to open named layouts and pass in whatever reference is expected by the layout. This is extremel useful for controling Logos from web pages, blogs, external utilities. EG, OS desktop or dock shortcuts, a Cortana skill, Mac Flashlight extention, and Windows equivs (UELI, Keypirinha, etc), or other utilities (https://github.com/simsrw73/Rainmeter#faithlife-verse-of-the-day).
- As they are now, all urls should open Logos if needed or use existing instance to "execute" the url.
- Ideally, pretty URLs should be used throughout. Currently, some use pretty urls that use Bible book name or abbrev, while some use an index number to specify the Bible book ref.
