Fix Sacra Pagina commentary series author data and milestones

Philippians and John (among others) in the Sacra Pagina series wrongly show up in the Passage Guide (sorted by author) as being by the editor, Daniel J. Harrington, seemingly due to a milestone issue of some kind (note the article citation data if you access these commentaries from a Gen-Rev Passage Guide). This Daniel J. Harrington is also misidentified as being different from the Daniel J. Harrington credited for, e.g., Matthew in the same series, for which he actually was the author.
